My data isn't syncing across devices. What should I do?
Make sure you're signed in to the same account on both devices. Go to Profile → Sync Now to trigger a manual sync. If the issue persists, sign out and sign back in.
I reinstalled the app and my data is gone. Can I recover it?
Yes — if you had cloud sync enabled, your data is safe. Sign in with the same account you used before and your inventory will be restored automatically on launch.
How do I take a quick inventory count?
Open any storage and tap the clipboard icon next to an item. Enter the new quantity and tap Save — no navigation needed. For more options (changing count type or UOM), tap "Change UOM or count type" inside the quick count screen.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free includes cloud sync, up to 5 storage areas, 50 items per storage, 30-day analytics, PDF export, and push notifications. Pro gives you unlimited storages and items, full analytics history, barcode scanner pro, and no ads.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Smart Inventory Pro → Cancel Subscription. Or tap "Manage Subscription" inside the app's Profile tab.
I purchased Remove Ads but ads are still showing.
Go to Settings → Restore Purchases inside the app. If the issue continues, sign out and back in, then tap Restore Purchases again.
How do I delete my account and all my data?
Go to Profile → Delete Account inside the app. This permanently deletes your account and all cloud data within 30 days. You can also email us at karthik@vishuddhi.in with the subject "Delete My Account".
The barcode scanner isn't working.
Make sure camera access is granted: iPhone Settings → Smart Inventory → Camera → toggle on. The scanner supports EAN-8, EAN-13, UPC, QR, Code128, and more.
